EverQuest Legends patch notes and announcements, newest first.

Every spell now tells you what it does 🐺

2026-07-29

**Website** Until tonight, a spell page told you mana, cast time, duration and range — and never what the spell actually **did**. Out of **21,636** spells, only **97** had any description. Now **21,590 of them do** — 99.8%. The wording is the game client's own, not ours. So `Blessing of the Page` reads: > *Covers your target's hands in a glowing aura that causes their strikes against enemies > to heal them.* and `Spirit of Wolf` correctly says **"for 36 minutes"** — calculated from that spell's own duration rather than a number we typed in. **Also added:** the *"You feel a healing touch."* line — what you actually see in game when a spell lands. **18,561** spells have one. **Item stats.** 654 items that had a name and an ID but no stats now have them, including several named in yesterday's patch: **Spiky Splintmail**, **Slave Trammels**, **Rib-bone Stiletto** and **Shield of the Immaculate**. Some came from data we already held and had never joined up; the rest were decoded live while playing. **Housekeeping.** ~860 `Benefit:` and `Trophy:` entries have been moved out of the item database. They were never loot — they're alternate-advancement and slayer-trophy records that had been sitting in the item tables looking like drops. Nothing was deleted. Browse it at [/spells](/spells). 🐺

Launch Day Patch: what it changes on this site 🐺

2026-07-28

**Game patch — Daybreak** Launch day is here. Rather than repost the whole thing, here's the short version of what the patch touches **in our data**, and what we've already fixed. Full official notes are on the [EverQuest Legends site](https://www.everquest.com/news). **New race and a new starting zone.** **Kerran** is now playable, and **Kerra Isle** has been rebuilt as their home — Guildmasters, spell merchants, a banker, and a set of quests that now run across **Odus**, including **Toxxulia Forest**. New Kerrans get a note to hand to their Guild Master, and hailing them afterwards starts an achievement task. Non-Kerrans can pick up that task too. > **We're thin here.** We have only a couple of Kerra Isle quests indexed and no NPC or loot > coverage for the reworked zone. It's top of our list — if you're rolling a Kerran today, > your captures are the fastest way to fill it in. **Dungeons got faster.** Placeholders removed and maximum respawn timers lowered in **The Hole**, **Nagafen's Lair**, **Lower Guk**, **Lair of the Splitpaw**, **The Warrens** and **Castle Mistmoore**. Crushbone's **Orc Scoutsman** and **Orc Warden** respawn much quicker and its rares are now properly flagged. If our camp notes on those zones read as slow, they're now pessimistic — we'll re-time them. **Items named in the patch.** Several changed behaviour or graphics: **Shield of the Immaculate** (must be equipped now, 6s recast), **Headsplitter Axe** (no longer Monk/Rogue/ Beastlord), **Slave Trammels**, **Spiky Splintmail** (clicky moved to **Bramblecoat**), **Rib-bone Stiletto**, plus ornamentation slots and worn graphics on several Crushbone drops. We're missing **Headsplitter Axe** and **Bramblecoat** entirely, and hold several of the others without stats — those pages will fill in as captures land. **Spells.** The Shaman heals **Tortoises Healing**, **Slugs Healing** and **Snails Healing** are now tied to the correct scrolls — all three are already on the site. Beastlord warder mana regen improved, and upgraded pet spells apply their damage bonus more reliably. **Worth knowing even though it's not our data:** chain-stunning is dead (stun immunity now carries past the current stun), NPC charm and other loss-of-control effects cap at **30 seconds**, every class got a new autogranted **Unbound** AA, Enchanters gained **Trickster's Misdirection**, and **UI scaling** finally exists in the options window. Motes no longer drop at the class-lock cap, or for anyone who wasn't eligible for XP on the kill. 🐺

Spellbook resynced to the live client 🐺

2026-07-28

**Website** Our spell data is now rebuilt straight from the **EverQuest Legends** client files as of the **2026-07-27** patch, and every one of the **21,636** spells was checked field-by-field against the game's own spell file — name, mana, cast time, recast, range, duration and the per-class level requirements. **Zero mismatches.** **Spells that were missing entirely — now on the site:** - The Druid heal line: **Budding Heal**, **Blooming Heal**, **Flowering Heal**, **Efflorescing Heal** - **Disrupting Shot** (Ranger 20) - **Tortoises Healing**, **Nonchalance** **Corrected numbers.** If you planned around any of these, they were wrong before: - **Celestial Remedy** — mana **150 → 75** - **Celestial Health** — mana **205 → 155** - **Celestial Healing** — mana **225 → 200** - **Promised Renewal** — mana and cast time both corrected - Two Berserker discs were listed under their **old names and wrong levels**: **Leg Strike → Tendon Slice** (BER 8 → 14) and **Head Strike → Skull Bash** (BER 16 → 20) **Why it drifted:** the spell importer defaulted to the wrong game's install folder, so an export built from **EQ Live** was sitting in the build directory waiting to overwrite the good Legends data. It never made it to the site — but it would have. That default is now locked to Legends and the bad export is quarantined, so a routine re-run can't quietly swap in another game's spells. Browse it at [/spells](/spells). 🐺

App 1.5.12 + starter path + PoS progress + journal achievements 🐺

2026-07-23

**Website** - **🌱 New character starter path** at `/quests/starter` (and `/starter`) — race → city → classic first-hour quests with live Add to Journal (IDs verified in DB). - **Plane of Sky board** shows **Done / In progress** from your journal when logged in. - **My Journal** lists **achievements** too, with slayer **Need N kills** targets (live kill counters stay in the desktop app). - Name-only item stubs stay private; Slayers placard; grimoire 2×5. **Desktop app — Gnoll Guard 1.5.12** - Journal triage (pin / hide / done), untracked loot **Add / Ignore**, **Re-scan log**. - Slayer **current/target** kill counters from `You have slain …!` - PoS board: done / tracking / add; empty journal points at starter path. Update from Settings → Check for Updates, or [download](/download). 🐺

Slayer kill targets, journal catch-up, cleaner item lists 🐺

2026-07-23

**Website** - **Slayer achievements:** kill **targets** from the game client (e.g. frogloks **100** / **1000**) show on achievement pages as **Need N kills**. - **Name-only items** (we know a name but have no stats yet) stay **off** public search, home “recent”, and detail pages until stats or real content lands. - **Quest detail:** step checklist strip, clearer **Copy /waypoint**, **related quests** by zone/giver, Guide badges. **Desktop app** *(next build)* - Journal achievements track **current / target** slayer kills from `You have slain …!` (log-only, local). - **Re-scan log** on the Journal tab re-checks recent loot + kills if you were offline. 🐺

My Journal, item confidence, class menus, grimoire polish 🐺

2026-07-23

**Website** - **My Journal** at `/journal` (also in the top nav). Log in with Discord to see quests you’ve added — active, pinned, completed, and hidden — without opening the desktop app. - **Item confidence line** on every item page: **Seen in Legends** vs wiki-only reference, plus community drop reports, wiki NPC sources, quest use, and whether stats are complete. - **Fantasy class menus** on the Spells landing and Plane of Sky board — emblem rings, gold parchment cards, class codes — so class pickers match the rest of the brand. - **Spell grimoire polish:** long spell names wrap cleanly on the tiles (up to two lines); layout is **2×5 per page** (20 spells per open book) so cards sit cleaner on the parchment. **Desktop app** *(next build — already on main for testers)* - Untracked quest loot alerts now offer **Add to journal** and **Ignore item** (noisy commons like bone chips stay quiet by default). - Journal keeps **Pop out / Dock** and pin / hide / done triage together. 🐺

Journal triage, item power search, quest filters, PoS board 🐺

2026-07-23

**Website** - **Items:** class / slot / type / sort power search on the landing page; dense table results on desktop. - **Quests:** class + walkthrough filters, broader search, zone chips trimmed by default; **Plane of Sky unlock board** at `/quests/plane-of-sky`. - **Home / Download:** copy matches the shipped app (pop-out overlays, log-only safety); softer beta banner; two clear CTAs. **Desktop app** - **Journal triage:** pin 📌, hide, mark done ✓, remove — statuses sync via `user_quests.status`. - **Untracked loot notice** when a drop looks quest-related but isn’t in your active journal. - **Plane of Sky** button opens the unlock board (site + in-app checklist). 🐺

Class spell grimoire on /spells 🐺

2026-07-23

**Website — Spells directory** - **Open-book grimoire** for every class: pick Warrior, Cleric, Ranger, Wizard, etc. and browse spells on aged parchment pages with the real class emblem on the spine. - **2×5 spell tiles per page** (20 per open book), sorted by class level; **Previous / Next** turn the pages. - **Full spell list** still appears under the book (same searchable cards as before) so nothing is missing. - Name search without a class still uses the classic card grid. 🐺

Effects class filter + app 1.5.11 🐺

2026-07-23

**Website — Effects directory** - **Filter by Class** on `/effects` — compact class chips (WAR, CLR, SHM, BST, …) matching the dark theme badges used on effect detail pages. - **Multi-select:** pick several classes; the list updates instantly and keeps any effect usable by **any** of the selected classes. - **All** resets the filter. Active selection is shown under the chips (e.g. “Active Filters: SHM, BST”). **Desktop app — Gnoll Guard 1.5.11** (download / in-app updater) - **Journal pop-outs:** no separate Quest Dock window. Pop out up to **5** quests from the **Journal** tab into always-on-top overlay windows; **Dock** returns them to the Journal. - **Snap clusters:** drag pop-out windows near each other to lock into a movable group; **Shift+drag** breaks one off. - **Settings cleanup:** removed Alerts auto-dismiss / sound / volume controls (sound never worked reliably). - **Leaner install:** dropped unused alert `.mp3` files and the **pygame** dependency (smaller Setup + portable builds). Update the app from Settings → Check for Updates, or [gnollguard.com/download](/download). 🐺

Legends-only log reading 🐺

2026-07-21

A fix to make sure the app reads the **right game**. - **EverQuest Legends only.** A few installs were reading logs from a **live EverQuest** folder instead of EverQuest Legends. The app now reads only from your **EverQuest Legends → Logs** folder — if a wrong folder got saved, it's corrected automatically the next time you launch. - **Settings can't point at the wrong game.** Choosing a live-EverQuest folder in Settings is now blocked with a friendly heads-up, so it can't happen by accident. - **No double entries across characters.** A quest line heard on a second character is no longer stored a second time. If you ever need to set it yourself, it's **C:\\Users\\Public\\Daybreak Game Company\\Installed Games\\EverQuest Legends\\Logs**. 🐺

Log parsing fixes 🔧

2026-07-20

Under-the-hood fixes to how the app reads your EverQuest log. - **Conversations now read properly.** The app follows a hail through the NPC's replies instead of treating every line in isolation, so quest dialogue holds together. - **Combat shouts are no longer mistaken for quest dialogue** — an orc yelling at you doesn't get filed as a quest step any more. - **Quest contributions.** When you hail a quest NPC, anything the quest database doesn't already have gets contributed so other players can follow that quest. Only the NPC's name, their words, and the zone — your character's name is replaced with a placeholder before anything is sent, and your chat and tells are never read. 🐺

Class quest pages fixed 🗡️

2026-07-19

Clicking a **class quest** was giving you a 404 — every class, every test. That's fixed. - All **92 class tests** open properly again, across every class — Bard's Test of Brass, the Cleric and Rogue tests, the whole Plane of Sky set. - Each page shows its **reward, quest giver and zone**, and you can add any test to your journal straight from the class list — its required items tick off as you loot them. - **No quest data was ever lost.** The pages simply weren't loading; everything was there the whole time. **App update (1.5.5)** — a version-mismatch fix so the in-app updater correctly picks up new releases, plus some minor fixes. If you've been sitting on an older build without ever being prompted, that's why — you should get the update now. 🐺

Contribute your drops: upload your log 📜

2026-07-14

You can now help grow the database just by sharing your adventures. There's a new **Upload Log** page (in the top menu). - Drag in your EverQuest Legends log file and we'll pull out **every item you looted and where it dropped** — automatically added to the community drop data that powers the Zones and item pages. - **Your privacy comes first:** the log is read entirely **in your browser**. Only the item, mob, and zone are ever sent — your chat, tells, and character name never leave your machine. - Sign in with Discord, drop your `eqlog_….txt`, and you'll see exactly what was found (items parsed, unique items, zones) before anything is submitted — plus a thank-you with your contribution totals. Every log makes the maps a little more complete. Thank you for pitching in. 🐺

Browse by category, everywhere 🧭

2026-07-14

A big navigation refresh so you can find things the way you actually think about them. - Items now open on **type cards** — Weapons, Armor, Potions, Quest Items, Misc — plus a Tradeskills link. Pick a type, then search within it. - Tradeskills open on **craft cards** — Baking, Blacksmithing, Brewing, Fletching, Jewelcraft and the rest — click one to see just its recipes. - Spells now sort **by class**, each with its own emblem — pick your class and browse its whole spellbook. Item **Effects** moved in alongside spells (and off the top bar) to keep things tidy. - Achievements group into **category cards** you drill into. - Zones are split into what's live now versus a clearly-marked **Not Released Yet** section for Kunark, Velious, and the Planes, so the list reflects what you can actually go do. Everything's faster to navigate and less cluttered. More coming. 🐺

Achievements are here 🏆

2026-07-13

Every EverQuest Legends achievement is now on the site — find it in the top menu under Achievements. - Browse all 865 achievements grouped by category — Slayer & Hunter, Exploration, Progression, Raids, Tradeskills, Deity, and more. - Each achievement shows its point value and full step-by-step components, so you can see exactly what it takes to earn. - 10,560 achievement points cataloged in total. - Search by name or filter by category to zero in on what you're chasing. Just like the Quest Journal, you can add any achievement to your journal to keep it on your radar. More achievement tools are on the way. 🐺

Quest Journal: "Who do I turn this in to?"

2026-07-10

A big Quest Journal upgrade — the site now answers the question you actually ask mid-game: Item pages tell you what a drop is for - Looted something and not sure what it does? Every item page now has a "Used in these quests" section — it lists the quest the item belongs to, exactly who to turn it in to, and the zone. No more alt-tabbing to a wiki to figure out if that random drop is worth keeping. Spot the walkthroughs at a glance - The quest list now marks every quest that has a full step-by-step walkthrough with a 📖 Guide badge. 290 quests now carry complete walkthroughs — giver, ordered steps, required items, and rewards — free once you sign in with Discord. Cleaner turn-in data - Tidied up the quest item lists so every "turn it in to…" points at the right NPC. The journal is starting to feel like it reads your mind. As always, all of this grows from data the community contributes just by playing with Gnoll Guard running — no extra effort required. 🐺

Pre-Launch Beta Patch Notes

2026-07-07

Instances All instances should now work properly. Fixes to instances failing to spin up or erroring on entry: - Removed an errant charge check for DZ invites to multiplayer raid instances. - Leaving a personal instance now places you at the base zone's safe coords (Difficulty 0). - A personal instance charge is now only consumed on a successful entry. - Fixed replay timers when adding a group member to a personal instance. - You can now enter instances of the zone you're already in, regardless of difficulty or pickzone. Spell Tiering Phase 2 — Pet Upgrades - Summon Pet/Warder spells now add the spell's rank to the summoned pet's level (capped at player level −1). - Each upgraded pet level: +6% HP, +1 base damage, +5 skill points. - Charmed NPC pets now equip from the pet inventory slots (items removed when charm breaks) and report their equipped items. Spell Tiering Phase 2 — Spell Upgrades - Spell upgrades now grant damage and healing bonuses. - Spellblade, Quickbuff, and Symphonic Aura now trigger upgraded spells/songs. - Upgrade duration effects now work for lull effects; added rounding so small durations scale (2–3 ticks). - Max level of crowd-control effects (mez, charm) increased by spell tier. - 10% chance per tier to not consume reagents (skipped entirely at tier 10). - Summon-item spells summon the item at the spell's tier (e.g., Summoned Dagger X → Summoned: Dagger +10). - Combat innate buffs with procs cast at half the buff's tier (e.g., Vampiric Embrace X buff → Vampiric Embrace V proc). Alternate Advancement - New Class AAs for visibility into existing passive bonuses (no new effect): Innate Divine Healing (Cleric), Innate Fighter's Tenacity (Warrior), Innate Called Shot (Ranger), Innate Power Strike (Berserker), Innate Sneakiness (Rogue). Gameplay - Locked doors in Najena now search your bags for keys instead of requiring the key on your cursor. - Drelzna no longer rapidly procs Harm Touch. - Zombies in Misty Thicket now look slightly more zombie-like. - Tradeskill vendors in the New Sebilisian Expedition are on the proper faction. - You can now summon normal (non-scaled) pets in Plane of Sky. - Quests for Da Bashers of Grobb now also raise your standing with the Grobb Merchants. - Buffs on players and pets with upgraded levels now persist across camping and zoning. Items - Removed the low-level item haste cap (standard haste caps still apply). - Plane of Sky Wind Runes can now be held in Currency Storage. - The Golden Crescent Key (Najena dungeon) is no longer Temporary / No Rent. Skills & Disciplines - Improved taunt success rates, especially against raid mobs. - Cleave and Bash are no longer on shared timers. - Blood Draw Venom now does more damage than Blood Siphon Venom. - Paralytic Poison now correctly triggers Weakening Strike (instead of Hobbling Strike). Spells - These can now only be cast on group members, your pet, or yourself: Scale of Wolf, Boon of the Garou, Spirit of the Puma, Impassivity, Stoicism, Nonchalance, Snails Healing, Tortoise's Healing, Slugs Healing. - Stoicism and Slugs Healing heal-per-tick increased 160 → 200. - Druid "Bloom" spells: the final heal is now affected by AAs, has a more appropriate visual, and Blooming Heal now correctly reports its Bloom heals for 300. - Rain spells no longer hit NPCs that aren't on the aggro list. - Beastlord Warders now have mana (so they can actually cast) and significantly stronger melee. Stances & Invocations - Regen modifiers from stances/invocations always apply out of combat as long as you have access to them. - Empowering and overchannel invocations now work on damage-over-time and heal-over-time spells. - Empowering effects and costs reduced to balance spell-upgrade bonuses; Arcane Mastery reverted to prior values. UI - Summoned pet stats (HP, Mana, AC, regens, and more) now show on the inventory Pet tab; pets benefit from equipped Attack, HP Regen, and Mana Regen bonuses. - Buff names and tooltips now show the upgrade level of the cast spell; upgraded spell names appear in chat, "begin casting" messages, and inspect windows. - Spell display window now shows resistance-debuff benefits for detrimental spells. - Many fixes: heal crits now show in logs, login server text colors, AA cap display, the difficulty-button menu, spell-particle opacity/filtering, a beneficial-bard-song filter toggle, Stance/Invocation bar visibility saving, Gate/ritual now showing your bind location, and the intermittent "must select target" error on item clickies. Preview — coming next week - The Estate of Unrest will keep some of its doors locked, so plan to find the keys you need to navigate the estate. - Tranixx Darkpaw will no longer terrorize the zonelines of Blackburrow.

Site & Database Progress

2026-07-05

We've been hard at work — here's what's new for the community: Item Database - The database just passed 900 items, and hundreds now carry full stats: attributes, AC, HP/mana, weapon damage & delay, weight, and resistances (Fire, Cold, Magic, Poison, Disease, and more). - Every item page now has a level/tier viewer — slide from +1 upward and watch the stats scale, so you can see exactly what a piece becomes as you level it up with motes before committing your gear. - Resistance stats have been filled in across the catalog, handy for planning gear against specific damage types. Drops & Zones - Hundreds of drop reports now link items to the mobs and zones they come from, so you know where to hunt for a piece. The App - The Quest Journal keeps tracking itself: required items tick off the moment you loot them and clear automatically on turn-in. Everything here is built from data the community contributes just by playing with Gnoll Guard running — no extra effort required. Huge thanks to everyone helping the database grow. If you'd like to help keep the site fast and online as it scales, there's now a Support page in the menu. 🐺

Gnoll Guard App Update

Finish a quest and it clears from your journal automatically. - Remove a quest any time — every quest in your journal now has a trashcan button to drop it. - New optional Overlay Window — a slim, always-on-top window with three tabs: your Journal, the most popular quests in the community, and quests in the zone you're currently in. It switches automatically as you change zones. Turn it on in Settings → Display, and adjust its transparency or go borderless for a clean heads-up display. - Rebuilt Items tab — now split into Quest Items (everything your active quests need, with looted / turned-in status) and Popular Items (what players are finding most), plus a Clear button and a heads-up tag on gear that tends to get auto-sold. - First-time setup wizard — on first launch the app walks you through finding your EverQuest log file. No more editing anything by hand. - Light & Dark themes — switch between the classic dark look and a new light mode in Settings → Display (and on the website, top-right). Improved - Quieter alerts — a pop-up now appears only when you loot an item one of your active journal quests actually needs. No more notifications for random loot. - Cleaner website navigation that works properly on phones and small screens. Changed - The app is now focused on the Quest Journal and Item Database. (The DPS / fight tracker has been retired.)

Hotfix

2026-06-24

General Blood Siphon and Blood Draw Venoms should once again heal for the DoT damage they deal. Fixed an issue with loot lockouts in groups that could cause them to award only one item on the initial lockout. Spells, Abilities and AAs Blood Draw Venom now correctly has its direct damage component. Spiritual Light now correctly shows Endurance in its description. War Cry ranks 2 and 3 have been hidden. UI The Personal Instance window will now update current instance properly after quitting an instance. Barbarian Berserkers will no longer get a message on creation about Tomes. Zone Population Constructed Potential should now show up on Find. The Voidling has disappeared from East Freeport. Azaracks and Essence Carriers in the Plane of Sky have been staked down to their island, and should go wandering less often. The quest efreeti in Plane of Sky should no longer assist any other NPCs that may find their way into their room. Noble Dojorn has one less blade storm guardian in solo instances. Damage numbers in Solo Plane of Sky have been adjusted to be a bit less oppressive. A presence has been gated from spawning in Personal Plane of Sky instances. Inte Akera has been properly tuned for solo instances of Plane of Sky. Gorgons/Harpies in Plane of Sky should no longer proc a mez in Solo instances. Strandar Pinemist now asks for the correct number of items. Hekzin G`Zule should now respond to rogues he's less friendly with. Dason Goldblade can now properly summon Inte Akera in solo instances of Plane of Sky. Slightly lowered the assist ranges of Spirocs in open world/group Plane of Sky. Cazic-Thule now properly calls for his minions when he is engaged in an instance of the Plane of Fear. Killing Dread, Fright, Terror, and/or a Dracoliche will decrease the range that Cazic-Thule's call for aid can be heard. Reduced the social aggro range of many enemies in Najena. Items Bloodstained Key in Najena is no longer NO RENT/Temporary. Flaming Fist is no longer NO TRADE. Skeletal Rod is no longer NO STORAGE. Dark Mail Gauntlets renamed to Dark Mail Mittens (no longer conflicts with Dark Mail Gauntlets from Lower Guk). Silver Stud now has +1 AC. The following items are no longer incorrectly flagged as quest items: Drop of Crystallized Flame Signet Ring of the Lost Crusader Sword of the Lost The Artist's Brush Sleeves of the Spurned Necromancer Crimson Cape

Patch Notes

2026-06-23

General Zone Experience Modifier Changes Most cities now reward normal experience for those who don't mind ruining someone else's lands to level. Spellblade: "Treats the first spell-gem slot (must be a spell with a reuse time <= the cast time) as a proc that consumes both mana and endurance (33% of the normal spell mana cost)." Overchannel: "Cast spells have a -100 resist adjust plus another -15 for every non-hybrid caster class at a cost of 33% more mana and 10% of the total mana cost from endurance." Inviolable: "Cast spells are uninterruptible due to movement, stuns, or interrupt effects at the cost of 100% more mana and 50% of the total mana cost from endurance." Divine: "All spell casts with a mana cost will heal the group member with the lowest hp percentage by that cost. For every additional wisdom class, this will repeat with a heal for 33% of the mana cost." Stances and Invocations should now robustly synchronize after zoning and loadout swapping. Rogues can now backstab with the best backstabbing weapon between Primary, Secondary, or either Any slot. Players will no longer autoswitch to range attack if a valid range weapon is not equipped. Froglok Beastlords will now have Leeches for pets, instead of Mosquitos. Rathe Mountain worms have been replaced with leeches for consistency. Approximately doubled the spawn chance of The Froglok Shin Lord. Insufficient mana check will properly use focus now. All doors in Befallen should now be properly pickable with lockpicks, but they aren't all the doors you may remember. A new, high level population of enemies has been added to the deepest part of Befallen. This includes several new named creatures as well as some very mean dark elves. There has been a slight adjustment to Befallen loot distribution. AA New autogranted passive AAs have been added to a number of classes. Unbound Affliction - Necromancer DoT critical chance Unbound Cascade - Shaman DoT critical damage Unbound Boon - Cleric Heal critical chance Unbound Nature - Druid Spell critical chance Unbound Clarity - Enchanter Mana Regen Unbound Companion - Magician pet critical chance Changed Origin and Gather Party to not be on the same loadout timer. Group members with Gather Party on cooldown can now receive and accept Gather Party invitations. Accepting an invitation will restart their cooldown. Gather Party and Quick Buff should no longer go on cooldown when changing loadouts. Origin should only go on cooldown when changing Race. Leech Touch, Purify Body, Escape and Rampage are now all on separate timers. Removed ranks of Elemental Form beyond the first. The Bestow Divine Aura AA for Clerics should now properly smart cast. Spells Modified the Ranger fast-casting fire nuke line. These now deal instant damage and apply a 1-tick DoT, causing 50% of the initial damage again 6 seconds later. Their mana costs have been balanced accordingly. 2 additional spells have been added to this line and are available at levels 15 and 46. Searing Arrow: level 15, 35 mana, 58 instant damage, 29 DoT damage Flaming Arrow: level 26 (reduced from 29), 55 mana, 102 instant damage, 51 DoT damage Burning Arrow: level 36 (reduced from 39), 85 mana, 155 instant damage, 78 DoT damage Scorching Arrow: level 46, 100 mana, 210 instant damage, 105 DoT damage Adjusted Promised Renewal. Decreased Promised Renewal's timer to trigger down to 12 seconds, but it now adds a lingering debuff that prevents Promised Renewal from landing for a further 12 seconds. Also increased the mana cost of Promised Renewal from 500 to 550. Promised Renewal also now prevents itself from landing again. Adjusted recast time of Frost Shard (Beastlord level 47) to 10 seconds, consistent with the rest of the spells in its line. Removed the ability to treeform in areas without trees. Iksar and Troll Illusions will now give 1 point of HP regen. Call of Flame will now properly damage the target. Mantle of the Song Weaver clicky effect should now properly boost stats. Ethereal Cleansing will now act like most other heals, and attempt to heal a friendly target, or yourself, unless you have 'Implied Healing' turned on in options, in which case it will heal your target's target, if your target is an enemy. UI The Bandolier has been re-enabled. Please Note! Due to the changes below, all existing Bandoliers and Loadout Equipment Sets have been erased. They will need to be re-saved before working again. Loadout Equipment Sets and Bandolier are now much more specific about the items they will save and load. They will now grab the exact item that they were saved with, even if you have duplicates. This also includes Augmentation/Exaltations; the exact Exaltation that was in an item when a Loadout was saved (swapped away from) will return to that item upon swapping back. This will also work if an item was upgraded or merged, unless both items being merged together were actively being used in the same saved Loadout. Loadout Equipment Sets and Bandolier can now load from the Equipment Keyring and Augmentation Keyring. Loadout Equipment Sets and Bandolier will now use the following priority order when storing unequipped Items or Augmentations: The Item or Augmentation will attempt to be placed in the Equipment or Augmentation Keyring, respectively, until it reaches the cap. The Item or Augmentation will then attempt to be placed in the inventory/bags. If both spots above no longer have room, the Item or Augmentation will be placed in their respective Keyring, overcapping that Keyring. Loadout Swapping will not be allowed while a Keyring is overcapped. Mount Key Ring has been Disabled. Illusion Key Ring has been Disabled. Familiar Key Ring has been Disabled. Teleportation Key Ring has been Disabled. Note: These disabled key rings will still show in UI currently. Augmentation Key Ring has been enabled with 50 slots. Activated Items Key Ring has been enabled with 10 slots. Equipment Items Key Ring has been enabled with 50 slots. Rituals have been implemented. It is available from the Actions window (Default: L). Rituals will allow you to cast most portal-type spells that you have scribed in your spell book, bypassing Class and Level requirements as long as you have at least one class that meets the level requirements of the spell, even if that class is not currently being used in your Loadout. For example, as a Level 12 Warrior/Monk/Rogue, I could use a Ritual to cast West Commons Gate, a level 21 Wizard Spell, if I had previously leveled a Wizard to level 21 or higher. When using Rituals, you must be in a resting state (out of combat). The cast time for all Rituals is 20 seconds, and you will lose all Mana and Endurance when it completes casting. Added Level Filtering to the Spell Search in Actions Window. Fixed an issue where combat skill timers would desync visually. Auto-merging is now supported for the Equipment Keyring. Items in the Item Overflow will no longer disappear when reloading UI or swapping loadouts. Added Y pitch offset slider for the 3rd person camera, allowing you to aim the camera higher up. Added "TYPE" column to lockout information on raid request window. Added an auto attack range auto-switch option that will switch between range and melee attacks based on in or out of melee range. Tutorial 'Item Merging' window duplicate text removed. Monks have been added as a valid class on the Soldier's Brooch of the Stealthy. The map source directory can now be selected from the right-click context menu for Compact Maps. Group window auto resizing should work under any circumstance now. Minimized the sell value on floating text. Merged raid invite and group invite into a singular invite on player name context menu in chat windows. Items hidden in merchant lists by UI will no longer popup tooltips. Shadow Vortex & Scream of Pain are now in the same spell dropdown category. Updated player race illusion descriptions to be more accurate. All Zephyr and Translocate spell scrolls will now properly stack to 20. Windows with size snapping such as cast bar will now load properly sized. Instances Enabled Personal Instances from the Difficulty UI (/pick) — these are temporarily disabled for zones that are also Raid zones. (The Hole, Kedge, Nagafen's Lair, Permafrost, Plane of Hate, Plane of Fear and Plane of Sky) Raid instances for Master Yael (The Hole) are now available through voidlings in Paineel. 'Trash' giants in Naggy's chamber in solo raid instances removed. Magus Rokyl's pathing removed in Naggy Solo Raid instance. Fixed an issue where difficulty normal 0 was appended to the Personal lockout on the dynamic zone lockout list. Instances should now follow a "per NPC" loot lockout for player and group members.
