A Froglok Tal Shaman

A Froglok Tal shaman casts your typical shaman spells and is high enough to go around with a wolf pet. He is a place holder for the froglok shin lord. His level is much higher than creatures in the area, making it difficult for groups and soloers to break the lord room. He shares a spawn timer with a froglok shin warrior and a froglok shin knight. He casts Winter's Roar, Scourge,and Greater Healing.
