An iksar slave

One version exists in the Droga Jail, for the Shackle of Steel. Use A Bronze Key to access him in the Droga jail. Placeholder is a crazed iksar slave (which is said to despawn at a certain time of day). Two versions of this mob currently (01 Oct 2019) spawn. One cons indif and gives no faction hits, the other appears to be on the Swiftclaw faction. If you are doing the monk shackle quests be sure not to hand in your items to an indifferent version. The 'wrong' indifferent 'an iksar slave' and the 'a crazed iksar' seem to be more common spawns on this ph cycle than the 'correct' 'amiably' 'an iksar slave'. Looking for an Iksar slave?
