Aqua goblin sacrifice

If the Aqua Goblins of Ocean of Tears can't capture enough sacrifices by raiding passing ships, they sacrifice one of their own to the great Allizewsaur (which they worship). This mob is the chosen sacrifice ... and is also the placeholder for Allizewsaur.
