It has 'a sewer rat' and 'a gelatinous cube' as placeholders. You'll know the sewer rat placeholder by its' size -- it's smaller than the other sewer rats. The mob path can go further into the sewers, but the initial route is a patrol around its spawn point (about 2m 20s after spawning) before venturing out, without stopping, until it despawns. The mob will be despawned right about 5m after popping, causing a new Cuburt or PH to naturally spawn every 5m 15s or so. The spawn point cycles every 20 seconds.
