An undercon compared to the other guards in zone. 500dmg Ignite Bones did ~12% of his HP, meaning he has roughly 4160 hp (accounting for buffs). Same drops as the guards of the city; gems, research materials, fine steel and two handed swords. Factionless and indifferent to all - even a Cazic-Thule Necromancer. Nothing socials with him, not even the city guards.
