Lord Elgnub can now be found northeast of the third floor's underground river landing spot of The Pit from the top floor (landmark #9 in Blackburrow third floor). The ramp leading up to his room is guarded by two elite fighter/shaman gnolls, and he is also guarded by two other shadowknights with pets in his room.
