Don't be fooled by a lack of pet, these are Shadow Knights. They Harm Touch for around 300, proc a 16dmg lifetap, and also cast (quite frequently) a 45dmg lifetap. Might also cast Disease Cloud. ''tainted swordsman says, 'Arreewwww! Join me in death, weak fleshling!'''
