Human necromancer that is seen pathing around the Undead Ruins in Qeynos. If he is hailed, he becomes angry and attacks. Killing will result in spawning Varsoon the Undying. This NPC will KOS (Kill On Sight) if you are a lower level and within aggro range. Both mobs killable as a level 42 Monk - Full Black Panther Set + Sash of the Dragonborn + SoS / Jade Mace (with mend up) took me down to 62%.. Then engaged Varsoon the Undying and popped mend and took me down to 59%..
